This timeframe covers design confirmation, custom component tooling, winding optimization, assembly, and testing. Once prototypes are approved, volume production lead times average 30 to 45 days, depending on batch sizes and custom component requirements.
For operations requiring low noise, our coreless brush/brushless motors or planetary gearboxes with helical gears are recommended. Coreless motors eliminate iron cores, which prevents cogging torque and reduces vibration.
